Elizabeth Foggin TEP, Solicitor

Autumn Years Law is owned and run by Elizabeth Foggin an experienced, fully-qualified private client solicitor. Liz is well known for her personable approach and compassionate stance in dealing with what can be emotionally difficult life stages.

Liz is a fully accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly which is an independent, national organisation of lawyers who provide specialist legal advice for older and vulnerable people, their families and carers. Membership is personal to the individual solicitor to reflect their specialist legal expertise.

Liz is a full member of the Society of Trust & Estate Practitioners (STEP) and its special interest group in Mental Capacity. STEP is the worldwide professional association for those advising families across generations, helping families to plan their futures, from drafting a Will and Inheritance Tax or care planning to protecting vulnerable family members.

In addition Liz is a registered volunteer with Southport's Alzheimer's Society and a Dementia Friend Champion, which means that she is trained to hold Dementia Friends information sessions to encourage others to make a positive difference to people living with dementia in the local Formby community.

Hugo, Head of meeting and greeting

Hugo is well known for his great enthusiasm. He is a black Labrador, committed Liverpool FC supporter and recently celebrated his 2nd Birthday.  Hugo works part time as a general office boy. has a highly approachable demeanor and is always eager to please. When not working he loves exploring the local pinewoods and Formby beach, but can also often be found bouncing along Chapel Lane.
